Our reserve wines are those from previous vintages that are available for sale in limited quantities.
These are a great opportunity to see examples of our wines with the benefit of bottle age. All wines have been carefully cellared in an appropriate environment.
Made in the St Emilion Bordeaux style, this wine has good depth and structure. It has plummy fruits from the merlot and darker cherry characters and firm tannins from the cabernet franc. It expresses depth and intensity with a long back palate. Suited to rich meat dishes such as double cooked duck or roast lamb.
Tasting Note: Deep blackberry and cedar oak aroma. Full ripe red berry fruits with great depth, with firm but ripe tannins and a spicy and long finish. Made in a left bank Bordeaux style.
