Tasting Note: Made from hand-picked early-picked Shiraz and Viognier from Point of View Vineyard, this is a delightfully light pink Rosé with strawberry aroma on the nose and a delightful dry, but fruity palate and a nice long spicy finish. Perfect for summer afternoons.
Tasting Note: The Riesling was made from hand-picked fruit from Long Rail Gully vineyard. The freshly pressed juice was cooled to 15 degrees centigrade and then fermented at low temperatures. It has produced a wine with a nice floral aroma with a firm citrus and lime palate that has considerable length on the back palate.
