2009 Shiraz Rosé

Early-picked Shiraz from Point of View Vineyard, de-stemmed, crushed and held on skins for 24 hours.  Made to be refreshing, it has strawberry and cherry aroma, beautiful colour, a full, fresh middle palate and a crisp dry finish.  — "Summer" says it all.  Drink 2009-2010.
